Food Narative

Public concern in the 1920s and in current state is focused on a sustaibable diet for consumers that “promotes all dimensions of individuals’ health and wellbeing; have low environmental pressure and impact; are accessible, affordable, safe and equitable; and are culturally acceptable.” Vanham D, Leip A, 2020). Subsequently, the indulgence of the particular fresh raw Seafood found in RAWs photography exemplifys those natural and sustainble features mentioned; while also portraying a luxurious and high class meal.
